What are the exact class dates and times?
Classes run October 5 – December 18, 2026, mostly Monday–Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, for 31 total live sessions (63 hours). The final class is Friday, December 18, from 7:00 to 10:00 PM. The full calendar above shows every class day.
Is this the same course as the self-paced $199 option?
It covers the same Florida 63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-Licensing curriculum, but this is our "Live Stream" course (FL Course Approval #CRS29814) — taught live on Zoom with an active Florida broker, on a set 12-week evening schedule, with your Course eBook and Exam Prep eBook included.
What if I have to miss a class?
Florida requires you to complete the full 63 hours of instruction, so attendance matters. If you know you have conflicts with the calendar above, reach out before enrolling and we'll help you decide whether the live course or the self-paced option is the better fit.
Do I need any experience to enroll?
No. If you're 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can commit to the evening schedule, you're ready to start.
What's the refund policy for live courses?
Students may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the course. Livestream students who do not attend their scheduled class will not qualify for a refund. In case of an emergency within the first 24 hours of a course, students can reschedule to another live stream class with the approval of a TEG School of Real Estate Administrator, analyzed case by case and not guaranteed.
